Here is a message from Hannah Cox our camp director with information about this years camp:
Hello y’all I’m going to explain in greater detail how camp is gonna go!
We are tent camping on my property Sunday-Tuesday night: 4061 Old Salt River Rd, Wentzville, MO 63385 (right off Highway P and Parr Rd). We have about 3.5 acres of land to sleep and have night activities.
On Monday and Wednesday (20th and 22nd) we will take the bus to Redemption Ranch all day and evening for our day of camp. This is important to know if you are planning on only doing day camp that you will need to be at our leaving point by 8:30 on those days or you will have to drop off at Redemption Ranch.
Sunday and Tuesday we will be at my property with a possible trip to the creek on Tuesday (still ironing out some details:)
All meals are included, along with a shirt and all activities during camp.
We will still do messy day/obstacle course so still pack throw away clothes. The Ranch has a lake and rope swing so bring bathing suits, beach towel, necessary floatation devices, goggles, etc!
We are working on getting tents, however if you have one you would like to bring/lend for us to use this week, please let us know. You can send air mattresses and/or sleeping bags. (We are also working on tracking down all campus’ air mattresses from a previous trip:)
Please bring the usual: bug spray, water bottle, sunscreen, hats, towels, toiletries, etc! We will shower and brush our teeth? DON’T FORGET TO LABEL EVERYTHING!!
Camp will end on Wednesday evening with a family BBQ and program from the kids of the songs they learned.
